Course booking form

We aim to continue providing the best possible training and development courses for our customers. The courses we offer are constantly reviewed and improved as a result of customer feedback. We provide feedback forms at the end of each course where customers can share their comments, compliments, suggestions and improvements of how the course they attended can be improved. As well as feedback via the forms we actively encourage customers to come and talk to us about any training need or issue that can assist us in making it better for any future attendees. Here are some comments made from customers who have attended our courses:

“Presentation excellent. I will be attending other courses.” Barrie Lovell who attended Presentations with the X factor course.

We have made a number of changes to our training programme as a result of customer feedback which are highlighted in the You talked / we listened section below:

You talked…

We listened…

You asked us for more variety and new courses to be included in the annual training programme

We are currently providing new courses like Basic DIY, Herbs and cooking, Discovering the internet and Project Management

You wanted a training session where you could make up a newsletter using the computer

We have setup a hand-on session where customers can create a newsletter using computer packages such as Microsoft Publisher and Word

Customers who attend the Highfield Residents Association meeting asked us to provide training on Committee roles and responsibilities

We arranged a bespoke Committee Skills course for Highfield Residents Association

You wanted us to provide more accredited training courses

We now provide more accredited courses such as Health and Safety, First aid, Basic Food Hygiene and the Introduction to Regeneration course

You wanted us to provide more basic level computer courses

We have 4 courses related to basic computing and how to use the internet

We have telephone numbers and email addresses on our database which we use to make contact with you

“I enjoyed the course because it will help me to spend wisely and help me to avoid falling into debt.” Spencer Kudita who attended the Money Skills course.

All the sessions are free, you’ll be able to claim any reasonable travel and childcare expenses and we provide refreshments.

All our venues are accessible and if you have a disability or restricted mobility, let us know and we’ll arrange transport for you. If there are a few people coming from the same area we can also arrange transport for you to share.

Remember, places on these courses are limited and we give them out on a first come, first served basis.
