Training and development opportunities
Whether you want to get involved in helping us to shape and develop services, are looking to gain skills to enhance your CV or simply want to learn something new, then you're bound to find something from one of courses on our training programme.
Course booking form
We aim to continue providing the best possible training and development courses for our customers. The courses we offer are constantly reviewed and improved as a result of customer feedback. We provide feedback forms at the end of each course where customers can share their comments, compliments, suggestions and improvements of how the course they attended can be improved. As well as feedback via the forms we actively encourage customers to come and talk to us about any training need or issue that can assist us in making it better for any future attendees. We have telephone numbers and email addresses on our database which we use to make contact with you

All the sessions are free, you’ll be able to claim any reasonable travel and childcare expenses and we provide refreshments.
All our venues are accessible and if you have a disability or restricted mobility, let us know and we’ll arrange transport for you. If there are a few people coming from the same area we can also arrange transport for you to share.
Remember, places on these courses are limited and we give them out on a first come, first served basis.
