We operate a 24-hour closed circuit television services across a number of our estates and offices to monitor activity such as antisocial behaviour, crime and disorder.
We also provide a concierge service that controls access to blocks of flats with communal door entry systems.
Our services support our staff and customers and we are committed to investigating and resolving cases of antisocial behaviour. We work closely with those affected to achieve that by attending, where appropriate, reported incidents of antisocial behaviour out of office hours.
Our sophisticated control room carries the latest technology and is always staffed by at least 2 operators to ensure a 24 hour, 365 days a year service. We monitor 42 separate screens and respond to calls from those requiring entry into our sites or blocks of flats.
We monitor CCTV systems fitted on estates, offices, the family support unit and extra care units.
Our operators are trained to SIA (Security Industry Association) licensing levels which is a legal requirement for anyone working in public spaces and providing a service for other organisations.
