Our conversations with our customers and surveys we’ve carried out tell us that many of our customers have few qualifications.
If this describes you, then you may struggle to find work, or, if you’re in work, to progress to the level you want.
By working with communities on our estates, we help young people develop the confidence they need to believe they can acquire skills and achieve great things. For those who have been out of the job market for some time but are keen to get back to work, we offer training and help put them in touch with services that can help them.
