The Organisational Development Team require an enthusiastic individual to provide additional support to the recruitment administration function.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support which will include the processing of job applications, liaison with applicants, co-ordination of interviews and processing reference requests. Other duties will include updating and maintaining employee records both manual and computerised and producing statistical information as required. General administration support will also be offered for the wider Organisational Development team.
Applicants will need a Level 2 qualification in administration (or equivalent) as well as excellent ICT skills. Previous experience of working in a HR section would be advantageous.

We require 2 permanent Electricians to work within our Technical Services Directorate. The duties for the position include installing and maintaining electrical installations. The provision and installation of electrical wiring, meters and appliances and the ability to undertake inspection and testing.The inspection and ordering of materials for various electrical tasks .
The successful candidates will have a minimum of 12 months experience working on domestic electrical installations and a good knowledge of the Bolton area and customer service skills.
Shortlisted candidates will undertake a Electrical Assessment and proof of qualifications and experience will be required.

The post holder will support the Data Systems Manager in the maintenance and updating of the Asset Management data systems and to administrate the collection and uploading of data using software tools and handheld technology.
The successful candidate will be required to possess experience which includes the analysing, reconciling and summarising of computerised data, database input and querying, and process documentation.
