Welcome to our first annual Community Impact Report
This 2011/12 report details the impact on people and services that each of our main community activities has had.
The report explains how, by working with our customers, we’ve improved services, developed neighbourhoods and made better use of the money available to us. And throughout, we reflected customers’ thoughts and opinions of the activities they’ve been involved in.
Thanks go to those customers who’ve worked with us on all the activities in this report and to those who helped to put the report together. This includes members of our Board and Customer Committee who are tenant and resident volunteers and are committed to raising the quality of our services for ALL Bolton at Home customers.
