Creating more affordable homes to rent and buy
There is a huge shortfall of affordable homes for families in Bolton. We’re working with the Council and Bolton Community Homes to build new homes on unused land that lies within our estates and in other parts on the borough.
While we’re doing that, we want to improve the environment in the areas where these new homes are being built, so that everyone gets some benefits from the development work. In areas affected by new build proposals, we’ll be consulting fully with you and your community to ensure your needs and wishes are understood and accommodated wherever possible.
