What do we want to achieve?

We want to give all our customers the chance to tell us what you think about the services you receive and to influence the decisions that affect your neighbourhood. 

If you’re a tenant, resident or leaseholder, you're our customer and your views are important to us.

So, what's involvement all about?

It's simply about giving some of your time helping us improve our services, working in your community, or doing things for your community. The result? You can make a real difference to our services for all customers or to your neighbourhood and the people who live there. 

Some people are put off because they think they'll have to give up too much time or they feel they might not have the knowledge to really influence decisions. Don't worry. There are lots of different ways you can get involved and there'll always be someone there to support you.

Our aim is to ensure that you know how, when and why you can get involved and how your involvement will benefit you and other customers.
