Here you can find out about work that is planned for your neighbourhood.
Just enter your property reference number (which can be found on page one of your new tenancy agreement, or by ringing your neighbourhood housing office) in the box to view what improvements are planned.
How are we doing so far?
In the nine months from the start of the improvement programme – from April until the end of December 2011 – we delivered:
- New heating systems for 401 homes
- Kitchen and bathroom improvements for 971 homes
- Electrical improvement works for 299 homes
- External refurbishments, including roof repairs, new doors and windows, repointing, relaying of footpaths for 326 homes
