Bolton at Home Limited is a registered charity. We are run by a board and associated committees made up of Councillors, independent and tenant members.
We have a board of 15 non-executive directors and one staff representative. These include:
- 5 elected members (appointed by Bolton Council)
- 5 tenant members (1 appointed by BATRA - Bolton Affiliation of Tenants and Residents Association and 4 using a recruitment and selection process)
- 5 independent members (appointed using a recruitment and selection process)
- 1 staff representative
The main board is supported by three committees:
- Audit committee
- Customer committee (from 1 August 2011)
- Standards committee
The main board and the customer committee are open for the public to observe (but not to participate or vote). The dates of those meetings and their minutes, agendas and non-confidential reports are available to download.
