What we’re doing in 2009-10 to improve your homes
This year we’re spending a further £36 million to ensure your homes continue to meet the Decent Homes standard.
We’re continuing to work in partnership with customers and other stakeholders to ensure you have a say in what improvements are carried out.
We plan to:
- Carry out external refurbishments to 978 houses
- Install 899 new heating systems
- Carry out kitchen and bathroom improvements to 840 houses
