Following a ballot of Bolton at Home Board members, Tracy Woods has been appointed as Chair Designate pending Noel Spencer’s retirement in November. This position is to be formally advised to the Board at the 17th May 2012 meeting.
Tracy has worked in finance in the housing sector for a number of years and is currently the Assistant Director of Finance at Parkway Green Housing Trust in South Manchester. Tracy is a qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and for a number of years has been responsible for financial and management information and implemented financial and resource planning systems in a number of sectors including retail and manufacturing.
As a Board member Tracy has a particular interest in financial inclusion and tenancy sustainability.

And I’ll continue to develop working relationships with the Management Team and others in representing the organisation.
I believe that both the Localism Bill and changes to welfare reform bring us challenges. As the future Chair, I’m looking forward to leading an effective board in making decisions that will allow us to rise to those challenges.”
