Motiv8 'tour' coming to Wigan and Bolton
Starts with you (startswithyou.org.uk) is our new social enterprise, working to improve people’s lives and opportunities. It’s delivering a building better opportunities programme called Motiv8 in Bolton and Wigan, which will help people aged over 25 who are struggling to get into work.
Motiv8 is funded by the Big Lottery and European Social Fund, and is delivered by a partnership of housing associations and partner organisations across Greater Manchester called Manchester Athena.
Staff from the respective organisations are joining a team from Key 103 in getting out to central locations in the Motiv8 delivery areas to explain the benefits at first hand.
If you’re out of work and held back by disabilities, health conditions, drug and alcohol dependencies, homelessness or domestic violence, Motiv8 can help to get you on the right track.
The Motiv8 'tour’ will come to Wigan on Thursday 10 November at Tesco on Central Park Way. It’ll be in Bolton at the Market Place on Market Street on 14 November.
Come and speak to the team on either day between 10am and 4pm.
