Local standards survey
Local standards are commitments housing providers make to tenants so you know what to expect from us. We are reviewing our existing standards and have used customer and staff feedback to develop the list in the link below.
All completed forms will be entered into a prize draw with the chance to win £100 in Love2shop vouchers. To enter the draw, please provide your name and contact number.
The information you provide will only be used to monitor and improve services. Bolton at Home will not pass your information onto anyone else.
