Fraudulent letter

We know of a letter received by a resident that begins by saying an item of mail intended for a previous tenant is due to be delivered at the address. It goes on to ask for personal information and a preferred method of forwarding the mail. This letter was not sent by Bolton at Home, it appears to be fraudulent and we have reported the matter to Action Fraud. It does not appear to be widespread, but if you receive something similar please get in touch with us on 01204 328000. Stay safe.
