We’ve a range of payment options and locations for you to choose from.
Paying your rent without leaving the house
- Direct debit
If you have a bank or building society account, the easiest way to pay is by direct debit. You can pay weekly or monthly on the 1st, 8th, 15th and 22nd of the month. When the completed form is received we will set up the direct debit with your bank. Once we receive your completed form we will do the rest, including varying the amount you pay us if your rent goes up or down. We will always notify you of any changes to your direct debit. You can download a direct debit form here.
- Standing order
This is where you tell your bank to pay us a set amount on your preferred payment date. Unlike a direct debit, if the payment amount changes you’ll need to give your bank new instructions. The completed form needs to be forwarded to your bank or building society for them to set up payments. You can download a standing order form here.
- 24-hour telephone payments
If you want to use your debit/credit card, e.g. Maestro, Visa, Mastercard, Delta or Solo, simply telephone 01204 331634 with details of your card and how much you wish to pay. Credit cards payments may be subject to a surcharge. You will need your rent reference for this service.
- Pay online
If you have a credit or debit card you can pay online. You will need to have your rent reference and credit or debit card ready.
