Stephen is a full time Councillor for the Horwich North East Ward and
Leader of Horwich Town Council. He is also the Bolton representative on the
Police Authority.
He has experience in management, tenant involvement and education and youth
work and is actively involved in voluntary work with youth and community
groups.
Stephen’s favourite holiday destination is Wales and his favourite read is
Excaliber by Bernard Cornwell. Stephen enjoys studying history and
herpetology. As for food, there’s nothing better than potato ash.
