Frank’s career experience is 22 years with British Rail as programmer,
planner and staff administrator; 9 years banking experience in a large cash
centre; 9 years working with the general public in his own public house. He
has been involved with the Tenant Movement for 14 years as Secretary of his
Association, Vice Chair of BATRA for 2 years, Secretary for 2 years and is
now Chair. Frank has also been involved with the Tenants’ Federation, being
a Director and Company Secretary of the National Tenants Federation (TAROE)
and is Chair of TPAS Northern Region.
Frank would like to see an improvement of all services for customers of BH
and homes that all customers can be proud of.
Frank’s favourite book is Gorillas in the Mist and reading history, he also
enjoys collecting porcelain. His favourite food is lasagne and his favourite
holiday destination is Orlando, Florida.
