

Bipin is the owner and principal Consultant of a business specialising in
providing a range of financial services. He has also been involved in a
number of key areas in the past, as a member of the Minority Joint
Consultative Committee (Housing) and founding and Board Member of APNA
Housing Association. He was a Director of Bolton Enterprise Centre and
Director / Board Member of Single Regeneration Budget 3 Community Fund.
His work involves him in areas such as finance, audit communication,
marketing, sales, fundraising, management, equal opportunities, managing
change and working and negotiating with private, public, voluntary and
community sectors.
On a voluntary basis, Bipin is the Chair and Editor of APNA News, APNA Kaam
and APNA online. In addition, APNA arranges a number of unique events to
help explore and value the diversity that exists in the Borough.
Bipin believes that the Board will make a significant impact on improving
the housing conditions in the public and private sector, giving an
opportunity to raise the quality of life for Bolton at Home customers and
the wider community.
Bipin is the Chair of the Asian and Afro Caribbean Community Action Group
and voluntarily involved with the local Hindu community organisation, Leava
Patidar Samaj (LPS).
Bipin’s favourite food is either fish and chips or a good curry (the way his
mamma makes it), Jungle Book is his favourite film and his favourite holiday
destinations are Las Vegas, Mumbai and Lake Garda. He also loves BBQs with
lots of cold beer, wine and plenty of water balloons.
