Bolton at Home, the Council’s Arms Length Management Organisation, responsible for managing and maintaining over 19,000 council homes and providing regeneration services across the borough, continue to improve their performance.
The company’s annual business plan report showed that over the last financial year Bolton at Home have improved performance across the vast majority of service areas they are responsible for managing, including, the number of Repair and Maintenance appointments made and kept, the number of tenancies which fail within the first 6 months and the number of Anti Social Behaviour cases dealt with to the satisfaction of the victim. Most notable of all perhaps was the increase in the overall satisfaction of customers with the services provided by Bolton at Home which increased from 74% to a whopping 90%!
Bolton at Home, on behalf of BMBC is also a top financial performer with just short of £50m delivered in capital improvement works last year alone, savings of over £300k made against the disrepair claims anticipated and a healthy year end balance position of £1.9m on the landlord account.
