

Bolton at Home is responsible for the management of approximately 18,500
Council owned properties and the neighbourhoods in which they are located,
and undertakes work in private sector renewal benefiting thousands of
residents in targeted regeneration areas.
In September 2005, Bolton at Home became the first organisation in the North
West to receive 3 stars from the Audit Commission for the delivery of its
housing and regeneration services.
Between 2003 and 2008, Bolton at Home will have invested a total of £250m in
housing and environmental improvements across the borough through its
five-year Capital Improvement Programme.
Bolton at Home is run by a Board made up of Councillors, Independent members and tenants,
supported by seven Sub Groups (see Board Information).
