Bolton at Home has recently revised its Service Level Agreement with Commercial Services, a department of Bolton Council. Commercial Services is contracted to carry out grounds maintenance work and other services, such as highway maintenance and graffiti removal, on Bolton at Home estates. The revised Service Level Agreement details what standards of maintenance should be expected and how often the maintenance should take place.
