1. You must never use this service to report
emergencies, always use the Repairs Line – 01204 338200.
2. This system is simple to use. Ensure you follow the on screen
instructions which will guide you through how to report the repair.
3. Always ensure you provide all the appropriate information. You must
include a daytime telephone number as we may need to contact you to arrange
a repair appointment or ask you some more questions about your request.
4. Online enquires will be processed between the hours of 8am and 6pm Monday
to Friday. You will receive a letter within 5 working days, confirming your
repair and where appropriate any appointment details.
5. If we need to contact you we will make every effort to do this, however
if for whatever circumstances we are unable to do so you will receive
written notification through the post regarding the status of your request.
If you have been allocated an appointment date this will be shown in the
letter. If this is not suitable please contact the Repairs Line on 01204
338200 and it will be rearranged to suit your requirements.
