qualifying criteria outlined in the
terms and conditions.

envelope provided.
- Return a completed application form to your local neighbourhood office,
the ‘one stop shops’, or by FREEPOST to the address given on the form.

the post, please contact us.
- Phone 01204 336708 to complete an application form with a member of
staff. Please note that because a signature is required, your completed form

Paying your rent is your responsibility. Bolton at Home will help you to
address any problems by:
- discussing your circumstances with you to further understand any
problems
- considering an agreement with you so that you can start reducing your
rent arrears at an amount you can afford
- giving general advice on housing benefit and help you to complete any
claim forms
- putting you in touch with local organisations that can offer further
advice on benefits and
managing debts
You will be eligible to join Plum if you have made an agreement to pay rent
arrears, have maintained payments for at least eight weeks, and providing Bolton
at Home has not taken legal action for rent arrears or any other issue.
Or
You have cleared your rent account, and any other outstanding charges to Bolton
at Home, and have maintained a clear account for eight weeks.
