Welcome to Plum, Bolton at Home’s loyalty club for its many valued customers.

Bolton at Home would like to introduce Plum Plus, our new-look recognition and rewards initiative.

We are delighted to inform you that we have automatically upgraded all our customers who already meet the criteria for Plum to become Plum Plus members.

There is no longer any need to apply for this fantastic opportunity – membership is automatic and you will receive regular updates on Plum and the benefits that you can expect from being a member. It couldn’t be easier and every Bolton at Home customer has the chance to see their dedication to family and their local community rewarded!

Examples of the current Plum Plus benefits are:

• Access to education grants
• Free entry into Prize draws
• Free entry in to competitions
• Regular gifts and merchandise

Plum also offers a basic members level to all Bolton at Home customers, which will ensure that everyone will enjoy a range of benefits such as:

• Introductory welcome pack on signing up to a Bolton at Home property
• Four editions of Door to Door, Bolton at Home’s quarterly customer magazine
• Occasional gifts and merchandise

Once you meet the criteria for Plum Plus, you will automatically be upgraded to this level.

What is Plum?

Plum, is a recognition and rewards initiative for Bolton at Home’s loyal and responsible customers.

Plum has introduced a basic membership level to all Bolton at Home customers and Plum Plus membership to customers who meet the critiera for Plum Plus.
