How to report antisocial behaviour

Bolton at Home has a responsibility to investigate reported complaints of
antisocial behaviour if either the person complaining or the person causing the problem is a council (Bolton at Home) tenant.

If your complaint is not Bolton at Homes responsibility (i.e. neither you nor the person causing the problem is a council tenant) you should either contact your landlord, the Police (0161 872 5050 or 999 in an emergency), Bolton Council ‘Its Your Call’ tel. 336500, Citizens Advice Bureau (0844 8269707) or a solicitor.

If a crime is taking place or if you need Police help please contact them and then report to Bolton at Home at the earliest opportunity, if we are responsible for dealing with the complaint. When you contact the Police take details of the name and collar number of the police officer you speak to and obtain a crime reference number or force wide incident notification (FWIN) to pass onto us.
