Bolton at Home is responsible for repairs to communal areas to blocks of
flats including stairs, doors entry systems, communal lighting, landings,
communal windows, courtyards and external buildings.
Any tenant in a block of flats noticing a repair should report it to us as
soon as possible using the contact details below.
There are occasions when tenants identify repairs that are necessary but are
not on their own home.
This could include repairs to communal lighting in a block of flats, or the
communal drainpipes to a block of garages.
Bolton at Home would always urge people to report these requests for repairs
as soon as possible and we will be happy to undertake the work.
If tenants are aware that damage is being deliberately caused by an
individual or groups of individuals we would welcome information that could
lead to those people being charged with the costs rather that the costs
falling to the rent payers.
