Freedom of Information Act (2000)

The Freedom of Information Act (2000) gives a general right of access to all types of recorded information held by public authorities. Bolton at Home is covered by the Act because it is a limited company wholly owned by Bolton Council.

Publication Scheme

The Act requires Bolton at Home to adopt a Publication Scheme, which details the classes of information we publish or intend to publish routinely.
