To report an emergency repair, i.e. lives, health or property is at risk, you must always telephone the Emergency Repair Line on: 01204 338200. This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
You must only use the emergency service for genuine cases. You will be charged if you call out the service and it is not an emergency. (Link to rechargeable repairs.)
If you smell gas or have fumes escaping you must always telephone the National Gas Emergency Number: 0800 111 999.

If you are deaf or hard of hearing and need help and information on
housing, Bolton at Home can provide you with basic sign language support.
A surgery is held every two weeks on Tuesdays, 9:30 – 11:30 at the Sensory
Centre, Chorley Street, Bolton.
We can also be called upon for individual interviews regarding Housing,
Regeneration and Technical Services.
