
Communal Heating charges are charges for communal heating systems, which
are spilt between residents and a weekly charge added to the rent account.
If a tenant or leaseholder receives an arrears letter, they should contact
the telephone number on the letter.
If the tenant or leaseholder does not pay, legal action will be taken to recover the monies.
