Careline - domestic violence

Have you, or has someone you know been the victim of domestic violence?
Do you fear for the safety of yourself or your children?
Would knowing that help is on hand 24 hours a day 365 days a year give you peace of mind?

Careline can provide the latest silent monitoring equipment within your own home. It may also be possible to locate the unit out of sight if necessary.

For your own safety you collect the Careline equipment from the control centre at a pre-arranged time. At this time you will also be shown how to fit the equipment in your own home.

When you press the alarm button on either your pendant or telephone, the call is connected to the Careline control centre. The Careline operator will not speak unless you initiate the conversation. We will then request assistance on your behalf by contacting the appropriate agency.

Your call will be monitored until help arrives.
