Winners, runners up and their nominators will be invited to a prestigious awards ceremony on the 26th November 2007 in the Festival Hall at Bolton Town Hall. Winners will be announced on the night. Be involved and help us celebrate your fantastic achievements.

How the awards work

We ask you to nominate people who have made a positive difference to the lives of Bolton at Home customers.

• Nominations can be submitted by any Bolton at Home customer.
• Nominations can be made for individuals, projects or groups
• Nominations must be made by 3rd parties, you cannot nominate yourself (Except in the instance of the Garden of the Year Award where you can
  nominate yourself)

You should support your nomination by including the following:-

• The contribution the project/group/ individual has made in line with the
  specific award heading
• What changed,
• Who was involved
• The benefits to the community
• Any other success factors that you feel are relevant

The judges will not assess success factors in terms of the cost or size of a project, but will consider, impact, value for money, outcomes, equality, diversity and sustainability.

     - Plants in Pots
     - Communal Garden
• Good Neighbour of the Year - Sponsored and supported by Plum
• Environmental Project of the Year - Sponsored by Neighbourhood Services. Supported by Plum
• Most Creative Project of the Year - Sponsored by Housing Percent for Art. Supported by Plum
• Innovative Project of the Year - Sponsored by Regeneration Team. Supported by Plum
• Inspiring the Youth of Bolton - Sponsored by Customer Involvement Team. Supported by Plum
• Community Group of the Year - Sponsored by Customer Involvement Team. Supported by Plum
• Most Outstanding Contribution to Customer Involvement - Sponsored by Customer Involvement Team. Supported by Plum
