Bolton at Home Limited is an Arms Length Management Organisation (ALMO) set
up by Bolton MBC to deliver various housing and regeneration services.
A Limited Company by Guarantee, Bolton at Home has a main Board of 15
non-executive Directors (Group Board) comprising:-
Following the Governance Review approved by the Company’s main Board on
16th May 2005 and effective from 1st September 2005, the Board is supported by
a number of Sub Groups – see the ‘Governance Structure’ flowchart for further
detail.
The Board and four of the Sub Group meetings (Customer Involvement Sub Group,
Equality & Diversity Sub Group, Performance Sub Group and Regeneration Sub
Group) are open for public observation, and the
minutes, agendas and reports
(excluding any confidential reports) of these meetings are available on this
website.
