Your personal details will only be used to reply to you and to deal with your complaint.
If you feel you are in immediate danger, call 999 for help. When you contact the police, take the details of the name and collar number of the police officer you speak to and obtain a crime reference number or force-wide incident notification (FWIN) to pass on to us.
Following your initial complaint, we aim to contact you within 1 working day if your case is urgent (for example domestic violence, hate crime or threats / violent behaviour) and 2 working days for persistent nuisance and less serious antisocial behaviour.
Please note the response times are based on working days (Mon-Fri). If you complete this form on a Friday night or at the weekend, we will not be able to contact you until either Monday or Tuesday depending on the seriousness of your complaint.
