
From time to time Bolton at Home may wish to gain access to your home for a number of reasons:-
Should Bolton at Home employees need to gain access to your property all staff will carry identification or have a pre-arranged appointment. Do not allow any person into your home if they do not carry the relevant identification. If you are in doubt please contact us by telephoning 01204 338200 24 hours a day. When reporting a repair, you can opt for a password to be used when allowing an operative or property inspector into your home. Contact Centre staff will ask you if you would like a password when you report your repair.
If you would like more information, or have a comment, complaint or suggestion about how we can improve our services or complain to us about a service you have received.
